YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT

Here are some helpful tips to manage your online account:

Enable E-Billing:

  1. Select ‘Pay Your Bill’ and log in or register using your email address and password
  2. Once you are logged in, select the ‘My Profile’ tab
  3. Scroll down to the ‘Your Accounts’ section of the page and click on your account number (in blue and underlined)
  4. If this is your first time logging into our online account system, you will need to verify your email address when prompted
  5. On the ‘Account Settings’ page you must select “Electronic Bill via E-Mail”. 
    1. You will automatically receive a paper bill unless you deselect the paper bill option here.
  6. After making your selection, click on the Submit button
  7. The screen will redirect you back to the ‘My Profile’ tab and you should see a green check under the ‘Your Accounts’ section under Electronic Bills.
    1.  If you deselected the paper bill option than a red circle with a line should appear underneath Paper Bills
  8. You have successfully chosen the E-Bill option for your account and will receive your bills via email

Enable the Recurring Payments Option:

  1. Select ‘Pay Your Bill’ and log in or register using your email address and password
  2. Once you are logged in, select the ‘My Profile’ tab
  3. Scroll down to the ‘Your Accounts’ section of the page and click on your account number (in blue and underlined)
  4. If this is your first time logging into our online account system, you will need to verify your email address when prompted
  5. On the ‘Account Settings’ page, under ‘Auto Payment of Bill’ check the ‘Yes, I would like to activate auto payment’.  (Do not click on the ‘Submit’ button.)  Wait for the page to refresh.
  6. Under ‘Payment Method’, choose either Electronic Check or Credit Card
  7. Enter your checking account or your credit/debit card information and click ‘Add payment method to this customer’
  8. If you have already added your payment method of choice, the existing payment method will auto-populate. Select your payment method and click the ‘Submit’ button
  9. The screen will redirect you back to the ‘My Profile’ tab and you should see a green check (and the name of your selected payment method) under the ‘Your Accounts’ section near the bottom of the page
  10. You have successfully entered/loaded the AutoPay/Recurring payment method to your account

Update Your Credit Card Payment Option
(Including Updating your Credit Card Expiration Date)

  1. Select ‘Pay Your Bill’ and log in using your email address and password
  2. Once you are logged in, select the ‘My Profile’ tab
  3. Click Edit next to your saved payment method
  4. Update your CVV2 (3 digit security code on the back of the card) and the Expiration Date
  5. Click Update payment method to this customer
  6. The screen will redirect you back to the ‘My Profile’ tab, and you should see a green check (and the name of your selected payment method) under the ‘Your Accounts’ section near the bottom of the page
  7. You have successfully updated your credit card information
